Romagna lacks the tourist gloss that Tuscany has, but it seriously doesn’t lack in the views. Authentic, charming and a great place to explore, Romagna has great food scene and fantastic people to accompany you on long lazy lunches.
Locanda Camera con Vista is an old farmhouse and is steeped in cycling history. In order to reach the last 300 metres, you have to walk along a so-called dirt road which recalls the charm of the old cycling races. These dirt roads have now inspired important cycling events such as L’Eroica. The surrounding cycling routes are designed to suite every level with descents, climbs and paths surrounded by epic scenery.
The property recently hosted the Portuguese National Cycling team for the 2020 Road World Championships in Imola. The former world champion Rui Costa and Ruben Guerrero, winner of the jersey for the best climber at the 2020 Giro d’Italia, both stayed here and tired and tested the cycling routes for their preparation.
